A note of thanks to our members

Dear CNET members,

Happy Thursday! And for those folks like me who are celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday, Happy Thanksgiving! I know I wrote last week that I would not be delivering a newsletter this week to you because of the holidays, but you know what, there is always a bit of time on my hands to give thanks.

This time of year for me, is when I reflect deep in my heart on all the people and things that surround me and be truly grateful for them. I have many people to be thankful for, like my family and friends, God, and of course, such people as you, our CNET members. Day after day, week after week, year after year, you find the time to read, contribute, and help others whom you may not know. And this means a great deal to me. So, to the members of our community and our incredible group of dedicated volunteer forum moderators, I thank you all for your patronage, your loyalty, and your willingness to help one another. Without your voices, your invaluable knowledge, and participation on our site, the community newsletters and these forums wouldn't be possible. You are appreciated! So again, thank you! I wish you all and your family a safe and happy holiday!

I'll see you all next week when we try to help Judy with her question about why her Windows 7 system keeps performing a memory dump.

Cheers!
- Lee

Check out next week's question:
Windows 7 computer, what do you mean you're "dumping memory"?
Next week's questionHello everyone. I am using Windows 7 when I play a game or go to some Web pages. Sometimes my computer screen will turn blue and display a message saying it's dumping memory? I am not a computer whiz, but I have never had this happen before. I've used every windows program since "95" and have never had this experience. Does anyone else have this problem? What causes it and is there something I can do to fix this issue? Thank you for your time.
