The BlackBerry maker has given the Indian government the means to access its Messenger network but without the capability to actually monitor secure customer e-mails.

For the first time, Android outscores Apple's iOS for ad impressions on Millennial Media's mobile ad network.

WebWorks is intended to give Web and mobile developers skilled in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS the tools to create apps for RIM's upcoming PlayBook tablet.

The reversal comes quickly after British consumer group Which? suggests that T-Mobile UK was breaking its own terms and conditions.
Carrier says its service improvements have nothing to do with its recent announcement that the iPhone is coming to its network.
