Company is moving from its familiar ground of flat-screen TVs to launch a Android-based smartphone and tablet at this week's CES 2011.

Phone maker hits its sales target for the Android-based Galaxy S smartphones by selling 10 million since their debut in June.

Company best-known for flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray players is expected to unveil its new Android-powered products in advance of the Consumer Electronics Show this week.

As rumors intensify about Apple offering a Verizon iPhone this month, analysts are weighing how many AT&T customers will defect. One estimate says 6 million.
Craig McCaw is not leaving his post because of any disagreements with the company or over any matters pertaining to its operations or practices, according to an SEC filing.
