The Secret Service and FBI are probing repeated intrusions into the computer network that runs the stock exchange, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

For February's Patch Tuesday, the company says 22 different vulnerabilities will be addressed, including a fix for a CSS bug, and hack attack on the Windows Graphics Rendering Engine.

Gamers on a forum allege that Sony added a rootkit to its latest PlayStation 3 firmware update, version 3.56. So far, Sony hasn't responded to the claim.

Trade group is urging consumers to set their routers and devices to use the latest and most secure encryption technologies.
RIM didn't deliver access to secure BlackBerry e-mail by India's deadline. The government apparently won't ban the service as threatened but insists it still wants to monitor data.
