Apple releases firmware updates for AirPort base station and Time Capsule devices, along with an update to AirPort Utility that is recommended before applying the firmware updates.

Apple has released version 3.5 of its Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update, which includes support for several new cameras including Nikon's D700 and COOLPIX P7000.

Liquid crystal displays (LCD) use a grid of definable points on a screen to display information. Used in many of Apple's products, including Cinema Displays, MacBooks and MacBook Pros, and the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, LCD screens can be subject to pixel anomalies.
