Company adds warning in search results when a site appears to be compromised, even if it's not actually downloading malware to visitors' computers.

With an updated engine and closer integration with Windows Firewall, the latest version of Microsoft's free anti-malware software is out of beta status.

Using a single sign-in service like Login for Facebook can eliminate the need to remember multiple passwords, but you still have to make sure you don't get phished.

At least two companies with ties to e-mail database management firm are forced to warn customers of breach. Are there more?
Spamhaus and Trend Micro regard a Web site that lists mirrors of WikiLeaks sites as dangerous to visit, but WikiLeaks.info contends that its site has no malware.
