A study finds that young professionals want to work with Google and Apple more than any other companies in the United States. Amazon and Microsoft make the top 10 too.

Three years ago, Firefox 3 set the world on fire, burning up more than 8 million downloads in its first day. Debuting today, Firefox 4 steps foot into a vastly more competitive browser scene.

The departure today of an Intel executive who led the chipmaker's unsuccessful push into smartphones and tablets underscores the huge challenges the company faces in these markets.

Sony is restarting one of its closed factories, but six locations are still closed. Those closed plants produce everything from circuit cards to Blu-ray discs.
Google has worked hard to keep its browser fast. Now, with Chrome 10.0 nearly triple the size of Chrome 1.0, it's working to make it smaller, too.
